Very disappointed in Persimmon, after I travelled 2+ hours to a different county for a face-to-face interview, only to never hear back. Was told it would be a slow process, just to be ghosted. Extremely unprofessional and lazy.

Very easy and quick, applied for two regions and offered interviews for both. Both interviews were very similar, both sets of managers made me feel at ease, it was a very informal chat, no real structed question that you would normally expect from an interview which made me feel very comfortable. I had to wait two weeks to find out if I would be offered the job with one, but the other told me there and then, that they liked me and would like to offer me the job, sales director called a few days later to confirm offer.
