Overall, a good experience interviewing with Persona. I liked the transparency of their process and their online interviewing resources. My recruiter reached out to me, was extremely enthusiastic and friendly, and made me excited about working at Persona. My 1-hr tech screen (in any language) was also a good experience - the engineer was friendly and personable. The question asked wasn’t too difficult, and was more practical than other LC-type questions. I thought I did well (aside from a minor mistake), but I was rejected with no explanation. The overall process was very quick - interview scheduled quickly, received a response two days afterwards.
