Interview process moved promptly. Both of my interviews were with the same person, therefore not a very objective interview process. The interviewer seemed to want to recruit somebody who thinks and works exactly as they do. Perhaps a second person on the panel would have provided better balance. Towards the end of the interview, the interviewer was clearly texting on their phone which I found hugely distracting, not to mention disrespectful. A number of months since my interview and I’ve yet to receive any formal response as to whether I was successful. I’m not a fit for Personio, no issue with that, but I expected better from this great company.

From beginning to end, the recruitment team and hiring manager looked after me. I knew what the process would look like, they were flexible on dates and really demonstrated their culture during our meetings.
