The interview process was very fast. Made it to the second round with a team lead but that was it. I would say that the entire process is neutral, it kinda felt a bit superficial at times but at the end they took the time to have a feedback call with me. On the call they mentioned that they were looking for someone with more experience in HR related projects and that I could have been more concise during the interview. I would say that you need to know yourself very well to answer their questions, study the STAR method and also be able to justify very well why you wanna work for personio and what you expect of your daily activities.

Even though there were quite a few steps in the interview process, everything went really quick and smooth! I had an amazing recruiter who was constantly updating me and everyone seemed very friendly throughout the process too. You really get to know the team and the role while you are interviewing so I had a really pleasant experience.
