The interview process was quite simple. I met up with the general manager and the salon manager. They asked the usual questions about myself. Am I able to sell packages, experience, schooling. Immediately was sent for drug screen. Returned the next week for a test groom and was hired that day.

Groomers make a good percent of their money by selling add on packages.
Would it be a problem for you to sell packages to our clients for more money?
Easy and straight to the point. They asked pretty basic questions. It was the assistant store manager and the pet stylist supervisor. They asked me what kind of dog I think I would be. Although I panicked and said a chihuahua, they enjoyed my answer.
Straightforward, was referred by current employee, asked technical questions about grooming. I did not do very well they did not extend offer. hopefully next time. kind interviewer was understanding, suggested I study grooming for next time.

Easy going felt like I knew them already had two interviews first was with the salon manager then the 2nd was with the store manager if you get a call back you come in to get paperwork to go do your ua then if you pass you go back to finish everything else
