      Entrevista

      I applied online on 4/18/24 and was invited to complete a video interview on 4/19/24. The invitation expired on 4/24/24. The video interview consisted of 8 questions, and only one recording was allowed. There were no re-dos. The time limit to answer the questions ranged between 30 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds. The interview was pretty easy, and it felt very casual. I didn't feel pressured to try too hard to answer the questions in a strict STAR format; I just got to the point. I completed the video interview on 4/23/24, so now we wait and see :)

      1. How did you hear about the job, and what attracted you to the position? 2. The training schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, starting on May 20th. Can you commit to the four-week full-time training? 3. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. What was the outcome? What did you learn? 4. Tell me about a time you received excellent customer service. What made it a great experience? 5. Describe a time when you receive either tough or constructive feedback. How did you learn from that experience? 6. Summarize a situation where you were held to a metric or goal and how you achieved it. 7. Do you have a dual desktop slash laptop (less than three years old) set up, USB headset, webcam, and high-speed internet (100 MPs) and feel comfortable setting it up? Chromebooks or tablets are not acceptable. 8. Walk me through an example of when your Internet disconnected. What steps did you take to troubleshoot the issue?
