They reached out to me and asked me to come for an interview to their office. They had my resume in their database, when I applied for a different position months ago. They offered me a position right after the interview, and in the interview the CEO told me that my start date will depend on their client, and once I accept the offer they will start presenting my Resume to their clients. They also told me not to leave my current employer. After accepting the offer, I waited for weeks to get my first interview with a client. At this time I was still working for my current employer (and had accepted an offer from PharmEng) which got the client confused. The client told me that they are interviewing more candidates for the position. The interview went well, and after a week, I followed up with PharmEng to give me an update. They responded with an email that the client did not select me, and they thanked me for applying to PharmEng and that they will keep Resume in their database for future opportunities.

The interview was very much a conversation about my past experiences and why I wanted to work in the Pharmaceutical industry. I was interviewed by the CEO Alan Kwong who really made the whole experience very relaxed.
