2 rounds of interviews. 1st round is a group interview. 2nd is 2 vs 1 interview. The process, normal, nice. However, they need a lot of time for the 2nd interview, which they need you to prepare and present your own investment idea.

Overall interview is good, didn’t ask about too technical skills. Good for fresh graduates or those who wants to start financial industry in Singapore, but don’t expect high salary. Think it is below industry average but it is a good learning place
