First round of interview with HR & Sales Lead. Second round of interview is with the Head of Sales. According to HR, passed the 2 interviews and was given an offer. Offer was accepted. However, later on HR renege on the offer citing that the pay increment was too much. HR then mentioned that they will try to help to see what they can offer. HR provided no updates after following up for 4 weeks saying that they have to get approval from the hiring manager. Finally during the 5th week, (only after following up with HR) then they said that they have hired another candidate. Hiring process could have been better as HR could have informed earlier that they have rejected the application instead of wasting time.
