Phone Interview questions were really high school level like 'reverse a string', 'reverse words in a string. Onsite interview questions were of the same difficulty (or same ease).

As I said interview questions were really boring. No question of difficult enough to show my algo skills. There was one design question, which I solved using built in features of one of the existing search engines (or many No-Sql systems have these features). However, interviewer seemed not to know about it.
