The talent acquisition contacted me and set up a video call for 30 minutes. I then went through a video call for about 30 minutes discussing my experience. The first actual interview was scheduled for an hour-long call with the BSA officer, then my second meeting was with the management team which consists of three managers and the BSA officer. My final interview was with the Head of Human resources. I thought I had the job because I was sent an email for references, and a survey for the references you provided to fill out. After, I was told that I would go to the final stage. This process took a month and a couple of days to do and I was turned down for the job. I was highly disappointed thinking i had the job.
