There were 3 interview stages. Stage-wise description: 1. Online interview. An interview over teams where their main goal is to get to know us. Asked about our background and our interest in the role. They further asked how our background is suitable for the role and what the company does. 2. Assessment centre. Was called for an on-site assessment however was not informed that it was an assessment. Simple verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning questions. The difficult part was to complete all the questions in the limited amount of time. Need to spend only a minute per question if you want to answer them all. Was taken on a tour of their manufacturing plant before lunch and the next round. Food and transport provided. 3. Presentation. I was asked to present a project I have conducted. Happened on the same day as the assessment. However the email only informed me of the presentation. The project was presented to a group of experts who would ask questions with respect to the presentation and knowledge expected of one who would take up the role. The atmosphere during the presentation and the QnA session was not too tense they would make you feel comfortable.
