Applied through campus recruiting system. Did standard phone interview about a week later. I then received an offer to interview with a manager. It was more of a fit evaluation more than it was a technical interview.

Very relaxed, friendly interviewers. Started with an "off the record" discussion with an employee where I was able to ask any question that I may have without the pressure of doing it during the formal interview process.
