The first test was the phone interview asking about the general information that I wrote on my CV and then followed by the second test (English-Excel-Test). Overall it took around 2-2,5 hours.

Employees are very easy going, and the interview is in general very pleasant.
They require high level of excel, ppt and word skills

Entrevista
In my case it was only an interview with the members from HR team. Two women, they were very friendly but neither of them are working at the company anymore. My interview was one one which is not the normal process at the company.
