It started with a 20 minute phone screening interview that discussed basic questions such as my education background, my work experience, and my career development plans. Then I had to fill in an application that evaluated my values, emotional intelligence, how I problem solve, etc. I was then invited in for an interview, and had to present my portfolio of work. I was also asked more questions about my previous job experience, and specifically, what I was hired to do at previous jobs and how I felt I met those expectations. I was asked to provide references, who were all called. Overall is was very thorough, and a little nerve wracking, but ultimately I passed because I got hired!
