Internal candidate, had to work very hard and deal with numerous personnel changes in order to receive consideration, but once i did the process went quickly, and the training was more then adequate. I interviewed with the person my Area Coach reports to. He was very nice, best interview I've ever had, asked questions primarily about myself and how i wanted to approach my position, what i believed my strengths to be, etc.
