I sent a resume on the website and I had the interview directly with the company owner - Mr. Goel. This was my first interview in English and I was extremely nervous, scared that my English won't be good enough. When we started he was really friendly, and he helped me to calm down asking me the questions that will help me to chill out and discuss the job. When we started the job discussion, I realized how I don't understand a lot of thinks and that I'm not good enough for this position. When the interview was done I had a written test to do, and I emailed Mr. Goel with my answer that I don't think I'm good enough and it would be better to find another candidate who is more suitable. He responded to my email answering that he loved my honest and offered me a position of Virtual Assistant which I accepted, and now I'm still in this wonderful company!
