I was contacted by an External Recruiter who intermediated the process. I had an initial call with him and then another initial call with a non data tech employee (cultural and tech methodology), followed by a technical interview with 2 data engineers potential colleagues for about 2 hours and a last interview with the CTO to wrap things up and ask more motivational and experience related questions. This process was very quick (about 2 weeks) and despite having already a couple of offers in hand, I asked to expedite the process because I really wanted to join but of course didn't want to let go of other good offers before an official offer was made and they complied so props to them. The offer was what I expected/requested and they didn't try to lowball me like others which was very good. All in all, after 1 month at the company, I can tell you that so far it has been meeting my expectations and the job interview is a reflection on the dedicated people working at Plan A.
