The interview process was unnecessarily long. Almost five months between initial application and my second interview. They say you’ll hear back ‘next week’ but that never happens. This tells me there are internal communication issues, poor time management skills, and a weakness in decision making. At the end of it all, I was ghosted. This is disrespectful to candidates who took the time to apply, research for interviews, take the time to actually do the interviews, etc. After sending multiple follow up emails for a month and a half after my second interview I decided that I wouldn’t waste any more time or hope of hearing back. Overall really disappointed and expected more from such an established company.
