I like to treat my junior employees as individuals, so they need different management touches. I would praise them for what they do well, while pointing out where they could do better. If they are having an issue with something, I would first tell them the correct solution, then hop on a call for them to show me what exactly they're doing to fix in the moment, and finally escalate to my manager if the issue continues.
