The second and third interviews were awkward. I made the mistake of doing interviews at 8pm or 9pm Australian time where I was tired. Big mistake on my part - I could also see the cultural differences in terms of interview styles and connection with the British team versus the Australian team. Overall I loved their commitment to diversity however I would have only worked here to work with the superstar based in Australia who recently moved back here and was an absolute STAR - I wasn't impressed with the others.
