They didn't want a professional response. In fact, when i proceeded with a professional redponse, I was told they were interested in a personal response. This is where the VP of sales asked how long ago I attended college and the age of my child! That's a no-no and it was obvious they wanted someone young ans less experienced. Age discrimination is a real thing at this company. I wonder if their corporate office in Miami is aware of their illegal hiring practices?
