In the last year, I had applied two times to Pleo, but I wasn't lucky enough to get an offer. This time, however, Pleo approached me asking if I would be interested in talking about an opportunity. The process was super fast, a little more than a week from our first conversation to signing the contract. It consisted on: first interview --> team interview --> hiring manager interview --> values interview. The first 3 took place in Copenhagen (I'm based here) and the last one was online since it was with a VP based on London. The overall experience was great. People at Pleo are super friendly, the steps during the process are clear, and the communication is fast, often getting emails with the next steps the same day I interviewed. It was great to see that despite I didn't have the chance to join the company the first 2 times, the third one was the charm! So for some companies like Pleo, it is very true when they incentivize you to keep trying =D
