Strung me along. I was told to organize my own interview which was already a red flag. The interviewer didn't seem to know much about about the electric vehicle industry or the environment. I turned in an application, writing samples, and 3 interviews. All 3 interviews placed emphasis on 'cultural fit' , CV wasn't really brought up. That last interview was panel between the office manager and marketing director where they spoke for 45 minutes on how their jobs were created just for them, how they "go with flow", and how "interesting" I was. Wasn't expecting an offer, but did think they would update given all the hurdle jumping.
