Everything seemed promising with my interview process from the the screen call to my next interview which i thought went extremely well. i was even told at the end of the interview i would be put forward to the next interview process. I was then completely ghosted for 18 days. I even sent a follow up email which went unanswered for 6 days. I was then told they would be incontact with at the end of the week, which they did not. After the 18th day i was told that they have hited internally for the postion which from the get go i was told it was a new team and they where looking for experience external people to join. Pluralsight seems to be an exciting company to work for however the interview process I experience doesn't make it all that exciting to me to be apart of their company. a very disappointing experience to say the least for someone who is at a mid to senior experience level.
