I'm partway through the interview experience and it's been good so far. If selected to move forward, you'll first go through a dual cognitive-personality assessment, and then a screen with the recruiter who gets some basics, including ensuring the salary expectations are a match. Then you'll chat with the hiring manager and one or two others. If you're remote like me, your interviews will be via video. Since submitting my application, it's never been more than a few days between communications from the employer, whether automated or personal. This is helpful for knowing where you are in the process and whether you're still being considered. I'm going into second round interviews this week, and so I can't speak to the offer process yet. The hiring manager I interviewed with asked great questions actually relating to the job and my motivations. I could tell he was a seasoned interviewer. My recruiter has been very knowledgeable about the position, department, company, and culture, and is very friendly. Overall, my interview experience so far has been positive. My only negative is that my first round interview was only 30 minutes, so even running over our slotted time, there were questions I wasn't able to ask. My hope is I'll get a chance to have those questions answered by others in the process. The

Hands down one of the best interview experiences. The Recruiter, Dani, was amazing! She consistently provided status updates in a timely manner, was extremely responsive when I had questions, and overall such a pleasure to work with. Everyone I had an opportunity to interview with were attentive, informative, friendly, and engaging throughout the entire interview. From a candidate perspective, that really means a lot because it sets the tone of what kind of team and organization you'd be joining if offered a position. Interview process: Complete online assessment Recruiter intro phone screen (30 minutes) Zoom interview with hiring Manager (30 minutes) Zoom interview with two team members (30 minutes) Zoom interview with Business Leader (30 minutes) I applied through LinkedIn and was sent the online assessment within 3-4 weeks. The interview process from Recruiter phone screen though final interview was only about two weeks. Very seamless and enjoyable candidate experience!
