Very standard process: First it started with a phone screen with the CEO (Eddie Lim) who was very approachable, laid out a clear vision for the future and how Point would be growing. Next, came on site to their super cute Palo Alto offices and met with their world class team. I met with marketing, product and engineering and participated in a group design exercise -- this was my favorite part of the on site as the team is super smart and fun. I also had a few 1:1 interviews with marketing, product and engineering. The team is so awesome, I wish I didn't live so far away, or I would have accepted their offer in a heartbeat! Since then, I have recommended others to work there.
