Pointless textbook string manipulation exercise that you would never do (unless you have just graduated), and some data manipulation which was very poorly structured in plain text and not at all well explained. You wouldn't create an Excel spreadsheet in Notepad. Also the second interviewer was very late which just exacerbated the entire situation and increased the pressure.
