After applying online I was invited to an 'introductory phone interview' with two senior analysts. This lasted approx: 45 mins. It went well and was an enjoyable process, I was passed to the next round to which was to complete two assignments, a data analysis, and a brief. After sending these documents in I was told that I would have a 1-hour interview with the three of the team.
