In the beginning the process was good. A internal recruiter reached out to me, great conversation, then mentioned scheduling time to speak with the hiring manager. Meeting was scheduled for the following week and went great. After that meeting I had to follow up twice. 1st follow-up i was told they were still interviewing, 2nd follow-up i was told I should hear from them by end of week. I never heard back - not even a rejection email. So unprofessional to not close the loop with candidates who took time to meet with you.
