The process took months which was quite odd. The original phone interview was smooth, the online submission was easy, and the zoom panel interview was fine. However it took weeks to get an answer. I followed up with my recruiter and no answer. Come to find out she left and no one ever reached out. I ended up reaching out to the hiring manager to see what was going on and he never replied instead told HR to send a generic email of, “we went with someone else”. I applied August 2021 and didn’t hear back until December 2021. Ridiculous and lack of communication. It could’ve been bad miscommunication internally but regardless no one should have to wait that long. People have lives and other opportunities. I was so passionate and excited to be a part of this team and now I truly don’t want to be if this is how they treat their candidates. All I have to say is be more effective.
