Started with a phone screening and the a then an online interview. The final stage was an in-person visit to the company. The HR manager seemed poorly organized and wasn’t very responsive to emails. I sent emails asking for what the second interview would focus on but never got a response. The second interview had a few technical query but the people asking seemed to have no idea what they were talking about
