1) Two rounds of interview after HR screening call.
2) Besides understanding your work experience and strengths, there are some scenario type questions to test how you would problem-solve or think creatively in a given scenario.
3) Not looking for 'text book' or theory based answers.
4) Overall the interviewers remained cordial regardless of what response I gave to their questions.

The questions sometimes begin with "tell me about a time when you had to manage challenge ABC...."
Also have questions on "if we need to introduce product ABC, what challenges would you expect and how would you go about address these challenges? (along these lines)
p.s. interview questions may change depending on the role, since mine was focused on business development and sales growth.
