Initial phone interview with recruiter, two Zoom interviews with hiring manager plus team members, plus questionnaire (given via email, plenty of time to complete in advance) to establish job proficiency

they said i was "over qualified"... if that was the case then why offer me a phone interview and 3 panel interviews? they also mentioned i wouldn't be satisfied with their progression on DE&I work. this speaks volume.
