They do the entire process in one single day and all the applicants will be there. One issue I found was many of the candidates went asking about the questions and how to answer them to those who had attented the interview. This kind of weakened the process. The HR was very non-responsive. Plus they ask for an academic reference which I don't find made any sense since this was a Program Manager post and I had passed out 6 years before college. Secondly regarding previous reference they only asked for one which was very irrational since I had worked at 4 firms getting a holistic picture just with one reference sounded illogical.
