The manager was fine. But the director is a narcissist who wont accept anything that you tell him. If you tell you will work well for the company if it keeps you happy, he will tell you are just an employee, why should the company keep you happy. If you tell something that you have done, he will tell you remove the "I" from you. I am happy that I didn't get the job.
