Applied online, was asked to fill out a form then waited for 1 month before they got back to me with a positive response. I selected a slot in the founder's YouCanBook.me calendar and patiently waited for the interview date. However nobody gave me any info on what platform the interview would take place. Because I had my Skype id in the cover letter I figured we'd use that but asked them for confirmation just to make sure. No one replied, tried asking on Twitter, still no response. The interview date came and went, nobody showed up. I'll never know what I did to disqualify myself but I would have liked at least a negative response so I don't waste time hoping/waiting for something that's already decided. Even a pre-canned message is better than being put on ignore without notice.
