I’m based in the US. I had to prepare a presentation for my final interview. Presented in their dunwoody office. Was told everything went extremely well and that I was the preferred candidate. Got passed over to someone with less than a year of experience in digital marketing. They definitely have bias for European candidates. Minorities proceed with caution.
