Very easy. Was interviewed by the top management people. Since they are top management, they basically are very busy. No questions were asked about personality. Basically is if you are passionate about food, you will be selected. During the interview, they were only telling you how good their products are and how well known their product is. In the end is a matter of do you want the job or not.
