I applied online. I answered some questions and after a week I was contacted for a one to one interview. They asked some questions about availability, experience and right to work. Then some questions about what would I do in certain situations

What would I do if a customer needs my help while I'm restocking?
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions

-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
