The interviewer came across as judgmental and provided feedback to the recruiter that didn’t reflect the actual conversation. Despite me directly addressing how my experience aligned with the role — comments felt disconnected. Additionally, the interviewer also arrived late, which set a disorganized tone for the conversation. Overall, it felt like my experience wasn’t fairly evaluated, and the feedback shared with the recruiter was inaccurate.
