Invited to do a technical interview online after career fair in spring 2020. The preexisting code for the technical interview was intentionally difficult to read, spent more time trying to understand their code rather than writing my own to fit the test cases. I passed the coding challenge and was promised a response from the recruiter by a specified date, ended up getting ghosted.

Start from a take home project, then 4 rounds VO. My background matchs with JD and the tech question is no problem. Still no offer. They want someone with experience 100% match with their job. I'm wondering that those employee know those field before join? They pay less and expect higher than FAANG. Don't waste your time interview this company.
