Entrevista
I have attended interview process for .net lead role in Prodapt, The process starts with F2F discussion which goes around for 45 minutes(everything in the resume and related to web technologies like mvc). Once done with first round, they arrange telecon technical interview which last for almost 45mins. Usually most of the companies close with 2 technical interiviews, where as prodapt went ahead and told me that there will be an another techincal round which will happen in weekdays. after 2 days got a call to schedule the interview from HR and this is also telecon but attended in Prodapt location, this round last for 25 mins and to my surprise after 2 days HR informed like I didn't select for the position. Am literally confused that got rejected in 3rd technical round(where the interviewer touches mostly on basics).....I don't whats the exact reason and I have mailed the same to HR....

Entrevista
The interview was three round.
1. Technical
2. Techno managerial.
3. HR round
Pros: Straight forward questions and up to the mark.
Cons: Offer way below industry wage, one of the reasons they loose good candidates. Hard to negotiate too.
Offer may be on hold for a week and they won't bother to inform you.
Poor employee incentives as surveyed with previous employees.
All together Prodapt should be kept as optional during job search.

Mostly on post you applied for, a bit of side technologies like GIT and pipelines.
Managerial round will be mostly about server management, pipelines and team management.

Entrevista
1 Technical and 1 managerial rounds. Final HR round was all about as usual template questions and package negotiations. After that HR was hesitate to release the offer and asking for commitment many times. Same HR called from different number and cross checked if I'm still looking for any other opportunity. Thinks himself as CBI or CBCID :) In case you are actively looking then they will not release the offer. I think HR is inferior about their company and looking for someone who cannot get offers from other companies.
