I submitted my resume online, and received a call back within 24 hours. I was then set up with a phone interview which was conducted by the HR representative, Penny. During the call, Penny indicated which portion of the call would be recorded and shared with the hiring manager. During the call there were very standard questions such as past experience, why you're interested in working at ASI, etc.
After about a week, I was then contacted by the hiring manager to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was very standard, it was a good back-and-forth between myself and the hiring manager to get a feel for experience and what to expect if the job was offered to me. Following the interview, I was asked to take a personality test which was sent via email.
About 2-3 weeks later, I was asked to come in for a skills test. This consisted of 30 minutes of questions on vocab, math, grammar, etc. There was no other requirement after the skills test. I just came in, took the test, and left.
About 2 weeks later, I was called with a formal offer. This offer was contingent on my background and drug & cotinine test. After everything came back clear, I was given a start date.
