The process was as expected: a screen followed by a first interview with the hiring manager. However, the hiring manager did not ask any questions relevant to the job or my skill set. It was truly bizarre. Asking such questions could be discriminatory to neurodivergent applicants as he was not interested in asking what he actually needed to learn about the candidates abilities.
