I had a very positive experience with the interview process, as it was well organized and accurately communicated. I had a total of 4 interviews: (1) a one hour interview with a Propeller Consultant, (2) a one hour long, in person interview with a Director at a coffee shop in downtown SF, (3) 45 minute mini case interview via phone with the recruiting lead, (4) 3 hour long on-site case study interview in typical consulting interview style. I presented my case presentation to two leaders.

At First they will show genuine interest in you and then they will abandon you with no response Interview Exp: Applied Online on website, recruiter contacted with the steps in interview process, 1st meeting (on-call, 30min) was schedule then on the day of interview due to non-availability of the interviewer the meeting was re-scheduled. Received rejection email after 3-days, I did send 2 follow up email requesting for feedback but it seems HR is not interested in responding.
