Nothing different in terms of process than already mentioned below. If you have consulting experience, especially with a large firm, you shouldn't have too much trouble.
Trying to add something new, one thing I'd note is don't worry about wearing a full suit or female equivalent. Interviewers were wearing graphic T-shirts.
I did not receive an offer thought I had done well, so I suspect it was due to a silly mistake I made and respect the decision.
The interview process was good. It took about three weeks. I interviewed with several friendly and driven people. I ultimately declined because it appeared they were looking for more staff aug than consulting.

They were extremely timely in communication throughout the process shortly after my online submittal. I made it through 3 of the 4 step interview process which consisted of a 30 min phone screen, and 2 one hour zoom calls. Prior to each step, you are given a summary of how each round will be steered as well as a general information of the company. I assume the final interview would have been the in-depth business case study with the presentation as described by other candidates here. The interviewers in all 3 rounds were extremely polite and gave off the positive work culture vibe depicted through Propeller's website. The first 2 rounds I thought went well and the summaries were accurate. I will say the third interview wasn't quite what I expected.
You are given 1 "mini" business case study" for each of the one hour calls, short enough where there is no room to ask clarifying questions. My 2nd "study", according to my interviewer, was a generic question (how would I implement a software) with no context. They wanted an immediate answer without giving time to formulate a structured response. This was extremely dissimilar from the first exercise. They were looking for some very specific answer as they repeated the question after I replied. Frankly, I don't believe I was given the genuine business case study as they had made their desicion before it came to that point. Outside them wanting to end the call 25 minutes into starting, their body language and tone let me know they did not want to continue well before the conclusion. I was, and still am perplexed for the abrupt ending. However they were very cordial in answering my questions and we had enjoyable conversation after they indicated there were no more questions on their end.
Overall I still had a positive experience. The thoroughness of the process is respectable. They are open to giving feedback if you request it. If they do follow through, hopefully it has something actionable for self-improvement.
