Three rounds. 1. Written Was easy but full of trick questions. Most of what you will never use in production environment. 2. F2F with Two guys It was more of discussion, both the guys were friendly. Asked me about various day to day problems a frontend engineer encounters. I answered most of the questions, couldn't recall some of them. Overall good interview. 3. One Guy - React Native They guy taking interview himself didn't like react native but was still taking interview for the same. Of course there is going to be difference in opinion in such case. He asked me about the architecture of the mobile app I created. Which I explained quite nicely. He was adamant about writing code on paper for a third party lib (RxJs). Which I explained clearly that I need to check for the exact syntax in RxJs docs. Although I explained how things work. I have written code in close to 6-7 programming languages while working for Google and other companies, any guy with 7 years of experience can understand that writing syntax for a third party lib is not the way to judge a candidate. Tip to prop tiger : Ask senior people to interviews of senior guys or record the sessions.
