Initial phone screen with the recruiter about the position and the candidates previous experience which went well. She forgot to block her calendar and completely forgot about the interview till I emailed her asking if it is still on. Next round was a technical screening on phone and collabedit. The person interviewing had a set of 3 questions and pre defined answers for them. She doesn't care if you get to the result or not, she only cares about comparing the code with how she has infront of her. I completed all the 3 programs and approached the solution on everyone of those. Reject email the next day stating my solutions are wrong. I would have been more happier if the email said "Solutions were not as how we wanted"
