I applied online and received an email from the recruiter to set-up a screening phone call. I thought the phone call went smoothly and saw the recruiter once again at a university career mixer, they then told me I should receive an email to move onto the process. The second round was a skype call with a consultant in the Houston office, which went overall well. Finally, my last round was an office visit which included a behavioral and case interview which they give a business model the night before, nothing too difficult. I thought both interviews went very well and I connected with everyone I met in the office. However, I did not receive an offer and have not yet received feedback as to why I was looked over. Overall, I thought everyone at Protiviti lived up to their perceived culture and values, great company!
